**Adjust Paragraphs written in Excel** This project involves adjusting paragraphs written in Excel. The following two sections "Problem" and "Request" are intended for contractors trying to make a quick determination of whether they want to read the six page scope document. It does not constitute and should not be interpreted as the entire list of deliverables. The entire list of deliverables can be found in the document labeled 08162005AdjustParagraph.zip. Problem: Let’s say that I want to type the lines "Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country." in cell A1 in an Excel Document and decide that I need to format this a little bit. First, I decide that I want to limit this line to just five columns A,B,C,D, & E and I want their column widths to be 9. I format this as justified and evenly distributed. Now, I notice that the line cuts off at the word "of". Request (See scope for exact details): I would like a macro or program that performs three basic functions: (1) It will search for cells in a spreadsheet and will allocate the remainder of the text to the next line and further lines if necessary. (2) If the user right clicks on a line, a program/macro will pick up the entire paragraph and place it in a word processing type of program such as wordpad. (3) It will take a highlighted paragraph in a word processing program and place it in a cell in a spreadsheet wherever the cell pointer happens to be. (4) It must successfully complete the examples that I have listed in the spreadsheet. Deadline: August 31, 2005 Deliverables: Solution must perform Example Outcomes in attached. Skills required: VBA, text processing Skills that might apply: Regular Expressions, Perl, Python ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
