Authorize.net payment script

I need a username/password management script developed for [login to view URL] gateway. I'm looking for an order form where customer fills out their information along with their credit card number and their username and password to access my download site. When the order is approved their username and password is created. The next form should be a Thank You page with the link provided to access the pay site and their username/password displayed. I also need a Forgot Password feature that sends the customers login info when thet enter the correct e-mail address when they signed up. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform unix
