We are looking for the right coder / team of coders to assist in convering our Filemaker database (which we have outgrown) into an identical system (with some upgrades such as auditing) based on SQL with a web-interface. Willing to break the project down into multiple tasks, so feel free to bid on just one aspect... i.e., web front-end vs database backend... Requirements include: On line access, tracking and data entry Customer Contact Information Sales and Lead Tracking data input forms Customer Payment Information & History Contract information Invoicing capabilities Sales Commission tracking and payment info Automatic credit card processing of advertising payments Preservation of historical/auding data, rollback capiabiliy Multiple sessions for various publications Extensive report generation capabilities Customized alert system by for e-mail Some other small business management related features (such as confrence room scheduling)
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation of package on clients servers, and full system testing to ensure package meets clients quality requirements. Installation documentation that allows reinstallation in case of failure.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
