Create Simple PHP Script

1. This is for a bunch of scripts that will allow me to type in a website. When I click ENTER it will open the websites based on preset parameters. In short, the script will do exactly as this script does. [login to view URL] (Extra credit to anybody who can create a binary with an installer). I want 2 scripts. One script is exactly like [login to view URL] and read below for 2nd. 2. When somebody uses the 2nd script, the upper part of the webpage will include a top menu (I will provide the code), and the bottom part will frame in the normal results. Example of top menu for 2nd script: [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] 3. The user will have an option to select 25, 50, 100 or ALL. Thats how many websites will be opened. Since opening more than 25 websites at a time is not suggested because of system resources, please make it so that there is a delay of 45 seconds for each 25 websites opened. Note: It should be easy for me to manually enter into the script to add/subtract urls. 4. The script will proceed to open up windows for the following sites [login to view URL][URL]/ [login to view URL][URL] [login to view URL][URL] [login to view URL][URL] [login to view URL][URL] [login to view URL][URL] [login to view URL][URL]/ [login to view URL][URL] I have 3000 urls in my db. RAC doesn't allow me more than 2,000 words in the description so I can't add them here. But there will be a lot more urls :) ** Note - It's important to me to know if there is a way to keep the web browser open for a certain amount of seconds and then automatically close the web browsers after say 10 seconds using PHP.
