Convert .PSD to CSS/XHTML

Work to be done
1) For a client; slice a .PSD to a 3 page XHTML/CSS compatible website
2) For another client; slice a .PSD to a 5 page XHTML/CSS compatible website
3) For myself, for a gallery site (imagefolio): Add a [url removed, login to view] on top of each peach.
Requirements:
1. W3C Valid XHTML 1.0.
2. Table-less CSS markup
3. you have 1 week time MAX.
4. Communicate via email and/or msn
5. Since this will be a long term partnership where you will get constant business from, you must work with me to finalize any small changes on the original conversion. (not complete changes of course, just small modifications until first completion if necessary).
6. ALL PSD CONVERSIONS MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH INTERNET EXPLORER, FIRFOX, OPERA, AND SAFARI.
