I have been given a basic homepage design for a corporate-style website. I need someone to take the existing very basic design, enhance it and thenprovide two layered .PSDs, one for the homepage and one for the inner pages. It is quite a simple design clean design but will need to be improved from the design provided. Once the PSD has been delivered and the client has agreed upon it (1st milestone), then the next stage will be to build a WordPress theme from it (second milestone). I have attached further instructions in the form of the design and notes. I therefore need someone with design experience as well as the ability to skin a PSD to create a theme. HAPPY BIDDING! :)
