We need a design of the layout (with graphics also) for a new site. We need the layout provided as a set of PSDs files (one for each section)
The layout specs will be provided after the bid is accepted (as colors, layout distribution and company logo).
After the job is done the designer must provide:
- full PSD files, this PSD files must be optimized to translate to XHTML/CSS (divided by layers and with graphics in good quality).?
- Graphics (royalty free)
Id the designer demostrate expertise and professionalism a lot of more jobs will be after this layout is done (this job is like a POC to try to get a pool of good designers).
