Adaptive Database and Frontend

This project will require both a frontend and backend to be designed. The backend is a database that will build over time based on tags the users define in their profiles. It will require a login system and store user uploaded material. It will return sortable results to query. The frontend will be based on user-created content. It will define metrics for users to upload buttons, banners, icons, etc. to replace the site defaults. Site default graphics will be provided to the site designer. The site must be modular enough to render different sorts of graphics in any given place. (For example, the same banner on two different profiles might be flash on one and jpg on another.) ## Deliverables We will create a requirements document to outline precisely what this project will entail once I have a few bidders that seem to know how to approach this problem. This bid here will be the bonus you will? receive? at project completion. We'll go ahead and pay out for each component as you design and? implement? it so insure that your time is being compensated for.
