Android and Iphone application

Hi, I would like to have an excellent android - iphone developer who wouuld design and implement an application for me with the specs I give. I have already lost much time with a horrible coder who betrayed me on this assignment. The scope of the current bid would be for the android application alone. If the coder proves his/her technical competence with the work, I will place a fresh bid for iphone version after the first update of the android work. Total budget for the iphone + android application is in the range 250 - 600 USD. I have designers working for me and design would be provided by me, based on the requirements/specifications given by the coder. Coders with android-iphone experise need only bid since I do not want to waste my time again after coders with poor skills. If this works out well, I have more android-iphone works in pipeline for the coder. Interested coders can discuss in private chat.
