Banner Rotator PHP Script

I have membership site software and am looking to create a membership site that provides banner rotators. I'm looking for a PHP script and associate SQL scripts that allows the creation and management of individual banner rotators containing a number of banners. In summary for a new rotator: 1. the user creates a new banner rotator 2. the user adds a number of banners to the rotator (e.g. the image of the banner, the URL the banner links to; and a priority for how often the banner is shown 3. the program then creates a JavaScript command that the user can add to any website. The JavaScript command displays the rotator and associated banners. In addition, the user has full access to amend, and delete banners, and rotators. Also the software should track each banner and rotator and be able to produce a report detailing how many displays each banner has had and the number of clicks on the banner.
