Blog / Photo Gallery Feature for simple php based Website

This project includes 2 parts. (1) Create a simple Blog for this site: [login to view URL] The site is php based so it needs to work with php. (2) Create an editable photo gallery page for the same site: [login to view URL] Note: I am looking for simple solutions here. Quick and simple is the priority, nothing fancy. Also note, there is a content management system in place on this site that is NOT being used. So you will see those files, but just disregard them while working on this project. I may also pay a bonus if you are able to remove the content management parts of the site so it can just exist as a normal php site. *****UPDATE: both the blog and photo album need to be done withOUT a database - ie: file-based. I would prefer that you use existing software as well (ie; open-source) and modify it for this site. There is no need to reinvent the wheel for this. Thank you.**
