Blog RSS Picture Pull & Post Automation

I have a celebrity blog that is targeting female stars. I normally go out to various forums and image hosting sites, grab a thumbnail code and post directly in my WordPress blog. These forums and image hsoting sites are updated daily multiple times and I would like to automate the process of their RSS and thumbnails that they already post to my blog.

Few requirements:

This entire process must be automated**. All I want to do is add more RSS feeds in the back end admin at will, that scrape with a Cron multiple of times a day and repost them to my blog. I want little effort on my part.

I **need** to have the thumbnails posted to my site, however they cannot be hosted on my site. They need to be image=pull from another site source. I don't want copyright violations.

I want auto **rewrite for titles of each post**. This process must take in the feeds and rewrite the title on my site or together we come up with a "Add to" title description of each automated post. I do not want duplicated content

Must remain SEO firendly - including the integration of current seo related blog plugins on the site. There can be no conflicts.

Timeline to complete is 1 week.
