Several changes required to our php/mysql web site (<[url removed, login to view]>). Changes need to be made within a reasonable time (would prefer a week but can be more).
1)make the copyright read 2005
2)make the screen bigger, don't shrink down as you enter the site (note:not only does the screen reduce in size automatically, but it also jumps up to the top left of the desktop - stop this)
3)double the amount of sensei pictures on the main page.
4)kodawari search isn't working well on the Safari or Firefox browsers (find out the limitations of this system, because this is potentially messing with a lot of viewers)
5)the whole thing is slow (see what can be done to alleviate this)
6)reduce the price (to 3,980 yen)
7)photo size: larger if possible
8)Currently, the search results are sorted by new/change [url removed, login to view] teachers log in and "refresh" without changing anything. Our system must reflect this action too. The new primary search methood will reflect the most recent date in terms of EITHER new/update OR verified.
(45 of the 297 teachers available to teach English on 09/26 had not entered or updated their information within the past month, but were still on the system)
They are logging in, but the system makes their records appear neglected over a long period of time.
9)New policy: teachers are online for 3 months instead of 1 after the initial registration, update, or "refresh".
We need to: re-list all teachers dropped in the past month (we'll see if this is possible) and stop removing one month old teachers(we'll see when this is possible).
10)New initial search (past of the less door, move window idea):
Gender: [no preference], male, female
Location: [no preference], tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, etc.
Price: [no preference], 2,000 and under, 2,500 and under, 3,000 and under, etc.
I'm feeling lucky button.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
