Content Management System and Lucene search

Tiny Webbased content management system. Integrate Lucene Search and results. Preferred: Delphi for PHP, Ruby on Rails, PHP, Java. Preferred :MySQL (.NET ok if with MySQL) Open source parts, public domain code welcome. ## Deliverables Need to build a tiny but custom web based content management system. (An interface to enter content and the database structure for it - MySQL) The interface must be AJAX - in the sense that required interface changes happen? dynamically. And the need to integrate Lucene Search engine to fetch search results to another search results interface. The final product to be hosted in a shared server -? cheap, very large ones, but they? offer PHP5, Ruby, MySQL tables etc. Let me know what else you need and I shall check. Server does not support Java, but for strong reasons to develop in Java, a dedicated server with Java will be considered. Adequate? product specifications with screen shots will be provided by me after hearing? from you. Because your ideas? would be better. Preferably? those who have developed CMS before that can be seen at work somewhere. And those who have worked with Lucene before, including its install and customisation. The? code must be designed for extensibility by other coders later. And mashable. Preferred language - Delphi for PHP,? Ruby on Rails, PHP, Java, in that order. But other languages could be considered. .NET fine if with MySQL. Open source code, code in public domain, code from? previous projects, fine with me, if well understood, tested and reliable. I dont need exclusive ownership of the code. Just a product that works well. Dont know what this should cost. Appropriate and justified wages will be paid.
