Copy site and make into CMS with customer log in

Please see [login to view URL] **I am looking for at complete copy of this site but set up with CMS and Webshop so I can change the site and insert my own pictures, text, logo, modules (like the modules on the bottom of the page) and so on. Furthermore the Webshop should be set up to all the requirements (change products, follow payment an so on). ** I have a company which does courses for University Students. The customer reads about the courses and from here you find a product you like and add it to your basket and so on. When the product is payed for the customer will be sent a log in to the site from where you will be able to read more about the course, update your profile, rate the course (once only), communicate with the site and download materiale for the course etc. Just like [login to view URL] Please notice all the above mentioned requirements and also that there might be needed more in the future. I need the complete design as [login to view URL], I will not be expecting graphics but I need the site to look just as this with the same functionality (e.g. the red shown when you cross the mouse on the top links). Furthermore, the whole site must be editable from the CMS admin and Webshop admin. The site must be done in php! Please notice I have very high expectations to functionality - I have NO CODING KNOWLEDGE and I expect this CMS and Webshop site to be extremely userfriendly and also able to edit EVERYTHING on the site. I also expect support on the site in the future. I am very picky and have high demands toward the design, functionality and setup but I also promise a great moral and being very attentive and present.
