Craigslist html Ad Maker

Need simpler version of [login to view URL] I need a page that users can pick between 2-4 graphics. Enter Ad Content, Website address that will be posted in the ad and be directed to by clickable graphic. The will not need to be able to upload graphics. Once info is entered they will hit create ad. html will be presented to copy and paste into ad. There will also be links at the bottom of ad sites like craigslist, backpage, etc for them to go to. I will provide the graphics.
