Create New Joomla 1.5 Web Site

Need help with complete web site design and implementation. Looking for a Joomla expert that can add modules and customize the PHP code. Also take a standard template and alter it for our own look and feel. The site will have about 15 ''Public" pages, search engine friendly, used to gain new members. A "Members Only" allows users to gain access to: White Papers, Confidential Reports, Important Links, etc. The most important feature of the site will be for members to find the information they need fast. A simple list of web links, for example, will not help members as there will be too many. The same is true for documents. Will need advanced search capabilities to sort the data. ## Deliverables The Public Area will be content-heavy, designed to rank high on search engines and gain new members. The Members Only area will require a number of Add-On modules, such as: * Member Login * Shopping Cart (member sign up and pay) * File Management There will be 3 "object" types that can be uploaded to the site: * PDF Files * Word Files * URL Links As each object is loaded, "meta data" will need to be added as well. This data improves the searching capabilities by providing "primary" search terms. "Secondary" search terms come from within the documents, like an ordinary document text search would use. Examples of "meta data" would be: author, date, title, region, document length, description, etc. This information goes into a database that is the first search step. The second step is to search the documents to return "secondary" text matches. Both "primary" and "secondary" search functions are performed together, so the results appear seamless to the user. Each "match" returned from a search will show an icon indicating if it is a link, PDF or Word document. It will also list some of the meta data for quick user reference. This provides the user a "snapshot" of each item returned from the search.
