Create corporate site using Joomla

I need to build a corporate web site using Joomla. The main design is in the graphic. I have attached two other files of inside pages. The page is rather simple with: - a header section with main menu, sub menu and logo - a middle section which is either * an swf (not to be done by you) * an image * text + video - main section * startpage with i. summary of about ii. banner image iii. apply for newsletter iv. news ticker v. one more text section vi. Today's tip * area landing page i. description to the left ii. Application to the right (Not in this project) * In formation pages (e.g. about, management) i. text an images The specific part that need to be developed are: 1. Users shall be able to apply for differnt kinds of Newsltters with their email as identifier. other. The design of the inside pages differ becasue they are older, but all pages shall have the same desgin as the main image attached for the start page.
