I have separate excel spreadsheets of customers. I need to have a program that allows me to query the database and track contact information and a record of correspondence with them.
Example: ABC company , Contact information is xxxx. New Contact information to be added as researched. The company was contacted on the date of 01/12/2002 via email, letter, phone. Their response was the following.
If the program could be web based it would be best, but this isn't a necessary requirement. It needs to be able to be managed and data input by a clerical level person.
This is for internal use only.
I intend to award the contract for this work within one week.
