Customized Voice recoder for i-phone

The voice recorder must save the voice in a format acceptable by windows media player, on completion of the recording the user can key in? upto 3? memo fields which should be added as tagged? footer information to the voice file.

The voice files should be atomatically named based on a client name / user? name, which can be configured in the recorder, and date information.

The program must be able to call a configurable URL and pass the data to the URL.

1) Voice recording application with an Append and Insert function.

2)? Recording should have a quality similar to 11.025 khz, 16 bit Mono

3) User can save a recording as Partial or Complete.

4)? If the recording is not compatable with Windows Media Player, a convertion utility must be recomended to convert the voice to .WAV or .MP3
