Data extraction from emails into form fields script

What I need is a script that will extract the tracking numbers, the shipping method and the PO number out of individual emails and then entered into the specific form fields for that order on a website. The script should check every hour to see if any new emails came in.

What I need is a script that will extract the tracking numbers, the shipping method and the PO number out of individual emails and then entered into the specific form fields for that order on a website. The script should check every hour to see if any new emails came in.

All emails are the same format (see attachment).

I will setup a specific email address just for this so it will be easy to extract the data from the emails.

The attached email ([login to view URL]) was copied from an email program so it may not contain some characters that the email program doesn't show. I am not sure.

The data will need to be entered into form fields on a page (see attachment) that will contain many fields (three for each order- tracking number, shipping method, shipping cost, action radio button).

You will use the PO number without the "A" to find the order.

Shipping cost will be determined by the shipping method.

I'll give you a list of the shipping costs for each method.

At the end of the page is the submit button.

The website where the page is that numbers are entered at is password protected.

Emails older than two days old should be deleted so that the email doesn't get clogged up.
