Database Design / Techical (UML?) Design

HI, I want to build a new version of my current website. Bidders should have good understanding of things like UML, Model View Controller patterns, database objects/security/views/triggers and php. I know _exactly_ what I want (wich is good news i presume:-), but fact is I don't know what's the smartest way to describe the process to have it build it most efficiently. So, the purpose of this project is to describe a techical/functional design in the greatest detail possible, including all logical processes. This design should minimize the actual programming time and enables to determine what database-functions and programming methodology can be used. The project will be discussed by means of chat/skype/remote desktop/RAC. Bidders should have all these options available and thus speak good english. Discussion will be based on (and/or) 1. basic ERD provided in the attachment (also available as CaseStudio file)...it contains all tables that are expected to be required to support the core-functionality of the web-application. As you can see it's not not BIG, but it should be built SMART to simplify administration and workflow/business logic process. 2. [Existing website][1] that is already in production and contains the required pages and most functionality (though the non-admin part is dutch). It's up and running but will be replaced by a site that has a better db-structure allowing better control and multilingual/multiregional use simple. Preferrably the bidder is also able to actually build the new web-application by means of a separate private project as soon as the techical design is complete. Kind regards, Daniel ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional database ERD including (but not restricted to) table and column-names, views, functions, triggers. 2) Technical designs and business-logic of the entire site preferrably by UML or other descriptive technical documents that can support the purpose of this project 3.) Deliverables must be understandable and ready for actual programming in such a way that a skilled programmer is able to work as independant as possible 4.) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Eventually in php/mysql5.0 , unless another technology is advised.
