Database problem on Dating website

Our existing dating website has a registration form which aspiring members must mandatory fill-in to register as a member. The Online registration form has 6 different sequenced pages which users fills in progressing from page 1 to the last page. (which should NOT be possible as the? text boxes in the registration forms all currently check for blanks to ensure all fields are filled-in before they move to the next page of the form) We are looking for a reliable and competent development team who will be capable of resolving this issue promptly.
