Developer needed to build Hostpay website

Hi, I need someone to build a web hosting website for my new business venture. The site is to be built with hostpay and will be selling web hosting packages, virtual servers and domain names. The site is a reseller package from [login to view URL] so the information required to build the pages can be taken from there and I can tweak pricing afterwards. The new company is to be called Scorpion Internet and will also need a smart logo to be designed as well. I am open to ideas to how the site should look but I would like it to look professional, slick and modern. Many Thanks Rich
