Development website including CMS

This project requires the programming of the frontend and backend of a website using PHP and MySQL. The website consists of static pages as well as 3 dynamic (cms/database driven) pages. We will supply the layout files. The layout is already set-up in tableless XHTML and CSS. The supplied layout will function as a template for the website. All content must be styled using valid XHTML and CSS and not using tables. **Frontend development requirments are further explained in the attached document.** Backend development includes a Content Management System(CMS) for managing content in 3 pages of the website. The project has to be delivered online. We will supply an FTP account as well as the needed database accounts. **For more details; please review the attached document.** ## Attention RAC bidders! **This is a? comment pertaining to the? attached document... to create more clarity.** **Final product Dutch ** The final product is a Dutch orientated website; therefore the language used within the website will be Dutch. To make it easier for you, You may develop the website further in English (to make it easier for you); we will translate the items after delivery of the system. There are only a few items that need translation in the final product . When developing, please keep in mind that we have to translate the english back to Dutch. All items that need to be translated (i.e. error messages) should go in a separate language file containing variables. With this, translation only involves changing a language file. **If you are not sure how this works.
