Advanced PHP Developer Needed for Email and SMS Script

Hi, Please, read the project details carefully. Otherwise, you can't understand what kind of Work or Features I want you to make for me. The thing is, One of my old Developer already made a Good Script what can send SMS to the US, Canada and more other countries for me and it's working good. But, I don't want the Good One here now. I've to got here the Best one. The Script actually made with a PHP Library and the Library I bought from the CodeCanyon. You must should to go to the Library page for what kind of features and supports this PHP Library is providing us. The URL is: [login to view URL] I already told you that one of my old Developer is already made a good script for me. But, I don't know why he's now not coming online. So, I've to hire someone Advanced Level PHP Developer who can Make the Features what I want here. This Job is not for Beginner PHP Developer. The Script has some of Bug what my Old Developer made for me. One of most important issue that this Script what my Old Developer made for me just can sending 500 SMS by each 1/2 minutes from a CSV File. But, it's really too slow for me. I want to send the SMS like 10K on each Two minutes. Because, I have to send Mass SMS. And the other issue is that this current Script can send the SMS by uploading the CSV file and it will send the SMS one by one. It's good but If I upload more 3000 numbers in on list then the Script can't sending the SMS. But, I want to upload my Mass numbers into a single CSV file and I just have to click the Send SMS button and the SMS will go like Super Speed. That's what I actually needed here and I am still looking. Also, this current Script can show me the Successfully Sent SMS or Not Report with a CSV file too. But, I want to add on the report CSV file to add some more useful field. It will be very useful for me. I will send you the Libraries with the fully documentation and the whole Script what made my Old Developer for me and I can also show you the live working Preview too that's what I am using it now. So, please let me know if you can do this? And the another thing is, I must must have to done the whole Script As soon as possible. I am in fully rush for done this things here.
