Chat (IM) Plugin For MY Social Networking Site (phpfox)

I need a Software (PLUGIN) same as like "Arrowchat" Please see in [login to view URL] I need my plugin will have same facility that it has but arrowchat is a little slow. But mine will be much more speedy like FB and Gtalk and it need some more facility. It should have facebook and google friends import (so that my social networking sites client can chat with their FB and Google's friend) It must have "Busy" "Available" Status mode that's why user can show friends status like google chat. It must have audio and video chat (that arrowchat have I need it on my plugin also) It's theme will be like Google plus. (I need also theme customize facility) It must have mobile chat facility (that already arrow chat has I need it on my plugin also) It must be have WP, PHPFOX, Joomla etc CMS usable that arrowchat already has it I need it on my plugin also. My site is in phpfox please remember it when you work plugin must be friendly with it. Arrow chat have long bar FB like and other option's I don't need it but I need group chat system like FB and some thing new if you can then it will be good for our new work. All code must be developer friendly that's why we can develop it in future in future. Actually I need a chat plugin(IM) for my social networking site with all facilities that a social networking site need and my site is build with (PHPFOX) Please let me know about it please don't give me ready-made PM and reply.
