Configure Flashvedio module for Drupal

This project is simple if the coder knows what he has to do . It will hardly take 15 -20 minutes for the right person . The project is to configure Flash-vedio module for the Drupal so that the vedios start streaming . I have installed the flashvedio module but i am not able to configure ir well so that its media player starts streaming the vedio . My host have FFMPEG installed so what i am looking for that you have to configure such a way that whatever vedios being uploaded gets converted to flash file too as its the feature of flashvedio too. I am going to pay 20$ for this work because its not a big project and it will hardly take 20-30 minutes for the right person to configure .If possible i want to pay from paypal .
