Add Comment Box & Facebook Comments To Webpages

I would like someone to help me come up with an install a feature which allow my readers to either comment by facebook or by simply adding their name, email (like blogger) - on every page of my website.

An example of this would be [url removed, login to view] - This website uses wordpress and a wordpress plugin I believe.

However, website is independent and does not have the interface of blogger or wordpress. As you can see here[url removed, login to view]

I use a text based html editor with includes.

Please send me a short description of how you are going to do this? Will the code be different on every page? Or can I use one code across all websites? Can I use the same code for other websites?
