Add Google maps into drupal website

I have a real estate website powered by drupal. Your job is to set-up a google map inside of the listings view page. The map should display a point for each listing; when a visitor clicks on the point, a help window should appear with a link to the listing's details. There are many built modules for this already. All you have to do is install and customize it.
Examples of maps:
