Add a new feature to PHP/MySQL application

****This project is about adding a new feature to an existing software called "Omnistar Drive" [login to view URL]** Create a link to already uploaded file in other folders. Something similar to "shortcuts" file in Windows Explorer. In other words, a file is accessible from multiple directories without having to upload it each time, just include a link to it.
