CRE Loaded One Page Checkout w/ PayPal

I have a modified CRE Loaded store that needs to have a one page checkout process. We use PayPal Website Payments Standard, and will eventually use Google. So no damage should be done to the payment modules.
I'm looking for someone who can code a one-page checkout. Nothing fancy, needs to be clean, simple, and easy to understand. Should include the shipping options (there is only one for now) and the customer comments area. It should also be set so that the customer does not need to setup an account to checkout.
Prefer someone with CRE Loaded experience or OSCommerce Experience. I don't have a high budget for this, sorry.
