Centos hd codecs install for AVS and proper config

Hi,
Im needing to proper configure AVS adult video script for running in a server with CENTOS, it was already configured with some codecs but for a reason it doesnt work anymore.
So im needing the following codecs be installed:
PHP CLI 5.x (register_argc_argv ON)
Mencoder 1.0rc1 or better (support for jpeg, gif, png, freetype, h264, lame, xvid, mad, win32codecs, dv, 3gp, mp4, theora)
Mplayer 1.0rc1 or better
FFmpeg (from SVN) (support for jpeg, gif, png, freetype, h264, lame, xvid, mad, win32codecs, dv, 3gp, mp4, theora)
Flvtool2 or Yamdi (yamdi recommended)
MediaInfo
x264 Library for Mencoder
GPAC MP4Box
neroAacEnc
Also these codecs must be configured and have to be running on our site, we have already installed the AVS script, we are only needing to reinstall these codecs and make them work.
