Classified website + Live streaming website

Hi guys ,

I am rahul from chennai , india . Am looking to start a classfied website with a live streaming website .

Classfied website :

I dont need register , log in etc like other classified website . Just if they need to post the ad they need to proive the details of the ad and Number and it will be sent to the given niche instantly . I want to have a setting like this .

Live streaming :

Apart from classfied on top of the webpage i need a video panel which runs the live streaming songs or videos whatever i run on my pc . IT shd be given a login . So once the owner log in and Start to share his video or song , it should be seen by everybody in the world when they come to our website .

It should not be in uploading concept . It shd be in the way , like if i drag the panel , all things which are in panel should be shown in website . Hope you got my point.

I need these both features on my website .

Payment i would pay with a 1 month time . Since Lots of features are to be added in future after 2 - 3 months .
