Convert established classified database to work with WordPress theme

I have an exciting database that was part of a PHP classified site and I want to convert it to work with a WordPress site. I planed on using a theme like this one... [url removed, login to view]

What I need is someone to implement the existing database with the new WordPress database so that the contents of the classified database can be searched with the WordPress theme.

If it is not possible to combine the database with the theme, then I need a way to search the existing database via the WordPress admin panel...If we move forward with this solution, then it is important to be able to search the database via city, state category, company name etc...

This project is urgent!
