Copy Php/mysql website with new html design to new domain

Attention php developers...Newcomers welcome! need a php developer to copy my existing website [login to view URL] and create a new website at [login to view URL] with a new design (design is ready). Will have to make small changes to the website and configure the copied site properly on my servers. The budget for this job is $15. There will be no escrow upfront. See my feedback, I pay every time. Since the smallest project that can be done on freelancer is $30, we will leave the project open until I have more changes and work that needs to be done totaling $30. Please be mindful of your time frame. I will cancel the project if it is not completed within time. Must be ready to start immediately.
