Create customizable Facebook Application

I need coders with experience in facebook application development. I need an application that makes send predefined pranks to users friends. The app should be compliant with latest Facebook ToS. [Facebook APP TOS][1] The pranks should be predefined and the user will select from them and also select a friend of his where he will post the prank to his friend wall. The app should fill in the name of the users friend within the story of the prank so that it feels personal and should post a predefined picture along with the story on the targeted friend wall. the pranks should be sort of like those on that website : [CHECK THIS LINK][2] , but with less text and single picture with each prank and have to be integrated with the facebook application and be able to be shared by the users of the application.
