Create online software to allow easy customisation of a webpage template

I want a piece of software, that will allow the end user to easily personalise a webpage template. Here is a youtube video of roughly the type of thing I am talking about: [login to view URL] I would want some sort of step by step guidance (As shown in the above video) for the end user so that they need no technical skills and could create a personalised website that is ready to be uploaded to the web. Ideally this should work online through a web browser, but it may be able to work as desktop software if unable to do it via a browser. (I am not sure of pro's and con's of these 2 options at the minute) ## Deliverables I am currently looking at designs for the web templates that will be used and am posting this project for someone to work with (Ideally) on an ongoing basis. Or at least someone that I can get in contact with after the project is completed. This project that you are potentially bidding on is for the initial creation of the software, to produce a working, customizable webpage template... However it will have to work with different webpage templates and therefore will be to be adapted to different ones (This may be easy enough to do, so that I can do it for future ones). I have created this project at this stage, so you can recommend the best way to create these webpage templates, with the end result in mind. Ideally you could even do this part of it as well, or sub contract this out to someone you know who creates websites. The types of fields that will be customized will be: 1. Logo in the top left (With the option to either insert an image or just enter text and customize the text font and size) 2. Email 3. Address 4. Name 5. Phone Number 6. Contact form forward to different email address (possibly) 7. Google Map Location (possibly) 8. Possibly a few more This is pretty much it. Every template that I create will have the exact same customisation abilities as above... It will literally just be on the same wireframe website design. Each website will just have different images to make it look different. Everything else is the same.
