B2B - Fuel Invoice Web Application

Our customer wants to be able to get their invoice data from one fuel vendor's SQL Server DB, compare it electronically to a daily fuel price index (like a stock quote) and then if the price is good, be able to download it into their accounting system as a csv file. If there is an error they want it to be noted and shown to them so they can fix it. We've suggested a web based system to receive data from both the Fuel Vendor and to receive the Fuel Price Index Info. This web system would compare them, show them the errors on the site, allow them to download the CSV files for subsequent import into thier system. I've created a series of wire frames to show you exactly what we want to do. I've even started doing so in wavemaker but am simply out of time. Someone could easily knock this out in a few days. Let's nail it down. The DB for the project is MYSQL. I'm ok with you using any language as long as it works. I want to review progress daily.
