CRE Loaded Installation - Relocate to root directory

Move an installation of CRE Loaded from [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] Change all necessary paths etc to make site function This is currently a live site in [login to view URL] So the work would have to be done with this in mind ================================================ On ALL entry pages make United Kingdom the first in the drop down lists as the deafult selection (checked) ================================================ On Checkout Page, CREATE AN ACCOUNT PAGE , CONTACT US PAGE Remove " Your contact information " completely ( telephone and fax ) AND Validation CHECKOUT PAGE, CREATE AN ACCOUNT PAGE, CONTACT US PAGE some of "your contact information" is required to be left on affiliate sign up ( it's just telephone numbers we dont want anyone entering) ========================================= E-MAILS ensure an e-mail to Administrator AND Customer when customer places an order through any means such as Worldpay etc (not just Cheque) This should have name , address, value, e-mail of customer and what they have ordered ========================================= Install PHP Calculation program to appear in centre panel a version of this program exists and is written in PHP it calculates suitable products after the user selects three criteria. Please ask for further information if you do not understand what is required here. If you can convert this to SQL and give a configuration screen for modifying criteria AND product links, this would be an advantage but not necessary..please state whether you can do this and if so either give a separate price OR say it is included in your bid.
