Clone of Stickfight.net

Looking for somebody to code a complete clone of stickfight.net. Its a multiplayer game based on scissors/paper/rock in a kung fu theme with chat. The theme would be changed to a boxing theme. Would also like to have it integrated along side a forum (such as phpbb etc) with a global login for both the game and the forum. Would also need admin page for the game with the following... Message all members e-mail all members Site Statistics IP Ban XP Requirement Set-up Manage Premium Memberships Manage Members Moderators/Admins Set-up Ban Member Game Reset Some sort of ad management Need some type of function to clean the database of old fights to keep the database thinned out. Would like the site to be as maintenance free as possible. Anyway look the site over good and give me an idea of what it would take time and money wise to build this site.
