Discount Vouchers

Hello, I´m looking for someone who can programm me a coupon website, (discount voucher) similar to: [login to view URL] It should be selected & printed out by the public. Admin side to be able to add, edit or delete coupons, also counter for coupons downloaded by public, and registration for users. (after registration able to download coupons) Category lists and location directory where coupons are available. Maybe you have done some similar projects?
