We are looking for a Joomla/wordpress expert to make a news portal in Hindi. It should be a clone of [url removed, login to view] - you may goto the website, and see how the news is categorized, and also when you click on a news to read it, there are headlines in the left of that particular category, as well as the main headlines. (also need the comments part)
One more thing, you need not worry about the hindi fonts or typing(for news/comments), we will take care about utf and other integration. All you need to do is to make a nice template (or edit an existing one), and integrate it with the website. You may treat it as an english project only.
This is the second time I am posting this, as the freelancer was unable to deliver.
