A program to load my proxy list and visit sites for feedback

I need a program that I can load my proxy list into, and then visit sites to increase stats for research and development. I need this for youtube right now and if it works well, I will pay for versions of the program to be able to handle other sites as well. Reverbnation, Datpiff, ourstage, lastfm, etc...
