Advanced features on previous project "backlinking component"

For the backlinking component in Joomla I like to get the following advanced features: -> A cron should test all backlinks daily. In case of important changes, the status should be changed to "unpublished". -> The component should create a new usergroup in installation. -> When a valid backlink is approved the user should be added to that usergroup. As soon as the backlink is unpublished the user should be removed from that usergroup. No other usergroup-changes! The component should only work with one usergrup created on installation. Important: Users might have more then one backlink submitted. User should stay in the usergroup as long as he has at least one valid backlink! -> Admin-notification-mails The admin should get a notification-mail when - new backlink is submitted - existing backlink has an important change (for example no-follow-tag) The user should get a notification-eMail when - submitted backlink is approved - approved backlink is changed / unapproved -> Sign-Up of new users When a non-signed user wants to submit a backlink, he should be able to create a new user-account inside the same form. So he should have the fields for "log-in", and beside that the fields for "create new account". When creating a new account, the default creation-process of Joomla should be triggered. The whole registration-process also needs a confirmation-mail, but the user should be inactive as long as he has not clicked the confirmation-link. This is important for me, because I want to have an easy process for submitting backlinks. ALL he has to do should be done by filling the one field. When he is logged, all is automatically. If he is not registered, he should be able to create account without leaving the page. And all data should be done with just this one form! -> Ajax in the forms I like to have alll data checked with ajax. So when the user fills the username-field, he should instantly get an error-message if the user-name is already taken. He should instantly get a message if the backlink is not valid.
