Alert on price crossing 5 EMA High/Low - repost

I need assistance from anyone who already have the indicator or who can modify/make something that works as follows, please: Setup chart: 1 hour Required: 1) Sound, text alert and e-mail when price touches (or within a specified number of pips to touch) 5ema high or low of 4 hour and daily charts 2) Sound, text alert and e-mail when price touches (or within a specified number of pips to touch) 28 ema close of 4 hour and daily charts 3) No alert when price comes back from touching the above 4) All of this must happen with the chart on 1hour, I guess that would be making use of higher time frame ema's. 5) The ema's must be changeable to other values if desired 6) Assitance with connecting alerts to emails and/or cellphone is required
