Auto buying software

I am looking for someone who has the skills to complete our project from start to finish. I will be needing someone who will be willing to work on our program as needed. We will pay for all updates. Please read all of the job information before making a offer. I need someone who can do this. I have been looking for months now. I am looking to create either a mac and pc program unless we can make it a server based program which the user can log in from any browser. What I want this to do is be able to automate the process of purchasing goods from multiple sites. I would like this to solve captcha for the sites with out using any kind of service. I need it to be solved in millisecond. Once the Captcha is solved it should add the preset information for the user and check out if the settings are set up to do so for example the user can select add to cart and the auto check out. I would also like for there to be a way for the master user to see who is using the service and have the ability to add, remove, and block a user.
