Hi I have reviewed your project description and i believe you need a system in which you would create staff users and would assign rights to it. There would be options to select what products need making, quantity and in what color. It would then post the order in form of a sticker as described in your product description. I will work with you to understand and agree the concepts and how you envisage it to work A-Z and then implement it as a web-based application so it does not require installation and can work on any PC/MAC. Hi, I need some more details in that. We are also in retail domain. we have a process , AUTO ORDER . It depends on the item current stock, Avg sales per day, Minimum stocks. so every day we make calculation if some product min stock is less than the current stock then we add a alert of that item to be ordered, I think same way you needs to have a product name and its color.
