CS-Cart 3D bin packing solution

I need someone with PHP experience to create a 3D bin packing solution for the CS-Cart ecommerce platform. We need the system to accurately determine how many purchased items can fit in a standard shipping box (dimensions set by vendor) so that we can accurately calculate shipping costs. Once the bin packing solution determines the number of items that will be put in each box and the number of boxes in an order, our third party program will take that information and automatically create paid shipping stamps. We are looking for someone with 3d bin packing experience and have a relatively short timeline, so we will pay a reasonable amount for a solid solution.
