osTicket is installed in our Hostgator account and we are using Hostgator for email, so according to the article above, we may need to configure extra settings.
Only bid on this project if you are 100% confident you can get osTicket's Email Pipes working with Hostgator.
If you are 100% sure it is not possible, please propose a bid for a workaround.
No beginning milestones please, only bids with a single 100% milestone will be accepted.
